Gregory Palmer is an Outreach Interviewer for the Housing II Project which focuses on Housing Access Stability and HIV risk among low-income urban residents. Gregory came to ICR in 2006 as an Outreach Interviewer for Project RAP (Risk Avoidance Partnership). He presented on the RAP project at the National Harm Reduction Conference in Oakland, CA and at various sites in the community. Prior to coming to ICR, Gregory was a case manager for Mercy Housing and Shelter Corp. working at their transitional housing program in Middletown, CT. He also worked for the Rushford Treatment Center as a counselor assistant in their Intensive Treatment Program for Substance Abuse in Middletown, CT.
